Steinel 71030 TT30 ThermaTorch Mini Butane Torch 2400°F Windproof Ignition

The Steinel 71030 ThermaTorch TT30 is a compact refillable butane micro torch designed to produce a powerful flame in a highly portable package. Its windproof design and waterproof automatic ignition system make it useful both in the shop and outdoors.

The TT30 reaches temperatures up to 2,400F (1,316C) and uses a refillable, see-through 5 mL butane reservoir. A full tank provides approximately 30 minutes of operating time. Flame output can be adjusted using the twist control, while the protective auto-flip cap helps protect the ignition and nozzle when the torch isn't being used. Steinel specifically promoted the TT30 for applications including lighting, thawing frozen locks and starting campfires.

This model has now been discontinued by Steinel, making new-old-stock examples increasingly difficult to source.
