How to Start a Return

Email us at support@shopdealdepot.com or use our contact form within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Please pack the item securely with all parts and accessories it came with.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm. Your refund will go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to show in your account.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away with your order number and a few photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.
