Automann MLC1 is a heavy-duty rubber load cushion / suspension spring designed for compatible Hendrickson-type suspension systems. This load cushion functions as an elastomeric suspension component, using durable rubber construction to support vehicle loads while helping absorb road shock, vibration, and suspension movement.

Unlike a conventional metal coil or leaf spring, a rubber load cushion compresses progressively as suspension load increases. This design allows the cushion to provide load support while helping isolate road shock transmitted through the suspension.
